General Terms of Service

This Agreement outlines the terms of service ("Terms") between Digital Max Hub Ltd ("we", "us", "our") and the client ("you", "your") who uses or purchases any of our services.

By submitting payment via Stripe or any other method, you agree to these Terms.


1. Scope of Services

Digital Max Hub Ltd provides digital marketing and automation services which may include:

Lead generation tools

CRM support and smart assistant/chatbot integration

Google review request automation

Email or SMS marketing

Website or landing page builds

Paid advertising campaign setup and management (e.g. Facebook/Google ads)

The exact service will be defined in your onboarding or confirmation email.


2. Payment Terms

Payment is collected monthly in advance via Stripe.

All plans renew automatically unless cancelled (see section 3).

Prices are listed on the checkout page and exclude VAT unless otherwise stated.

By subscribing, you authorize Digital Max Hub Ltd to debit your payment method on a recurring basis.


3. Cancellations & Refunds

You may cancel at any time by emailing us with at least 7 days' notice before your next billing cycle.

No partial-month refunds will be issued once a payment is processed.

Any money-back or satisfaction guarantee (e.g. “5 leads in 30 days or your next month is free”) must be explicitly agreed in writing and claimed within 7 days of the qualifying period ending.


4. Performance Guarantee (If Applicable)

If a specific performance guarantee is stated in your plan (e.g., 5 new leads within 30 days):

You must complete full onboarding and remain responsive.

The guarantee only applies to the core system and standard traffic levels.

If results are not met, your next month will be free, or a refund may be considered (at our discretion).

Refunds are not automatic and must be requested in writing.


5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

- Provide all necessary assets (e.g., branding, website access, contact info) in a timely manner

- Respond to communication required for setup or delivery

- Use all systems responsibly and legally

- Comply with UK GDPR, PECR, and other data protection rules

- Avoid spam, fraud, or misleading promotions

- Ensure that any individuals registering for webinars or similar events consent to receive communications from Digital Max Hub Ltd regarding the webinar and related services, and are informed that they can unsubscribe at any time


6. No Guarantee of Outcomes

We do not guarantee a specific number of leads, conversions, or revenue. Marketing performance depends on factors outside our control, including:

Client responsiveness and service quality

Competitive conditions in your local market

Ad platform approval, delivery, or algorithm changes

You understand that results will vary and accept this risk.


7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Digital Max Hub Ltd is not liable for:

Loss of revenue, profit, or data

Missed opportunities or deals

Website downtime, outages, or performance issues

Delays caused by client error, third-party platforms (e.g. Facebook/Google), or integration challenges

Cybersecurity incidents, hacking, unauthorized access, or data loss on your website, CRM, or systems

Complications caused by connecting our software, chatbot, or AI assistant to your systems or website, including any downtime, slow performance, or broken features that result

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 30 days prior to any claim.


8. Ad Management & Ownership

We do not guarantee approval, reach, or return from any advertising platform.

We are not liable for account bans, policy enforcement, or advertising downtime.

All creative materials, ad copy, and campaign structure remain the sole property of Digital Max Hub Ltd unless otherwise agreed in writing.

You may not reuse, modify, or distribute campaign materials after cancellation without our permission.

Where ad spend is provided by Digital Max Hub Ltd as part of a promotional or pilot campaign, all campaign data, strategy, and results remain the property of Digital Max Hub Ltd and may not be copied, reused, or replicated without written permission.


9. Platform Access

If included, access to a branded dashboard or CRM is granted for the duration of your subscription.

We reserve the right to revoke access due to misuse, late payments, or security risks.

Sharing login credentials with third parties is strictly prohibited.


10. Data Handling & Privacy

You are responsible for handling your customer and lead data in line with all legal requirements, including GDPR and PECR.

You must honour all deletion, opt-out, and consent withdrawal requests.

Digital Max Hub Ltd accepts no liability for your misuse of data or regulatory breaches.


11. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for service failure due to events outside our control, including but not limited to:

Internet or server outages

Ad platform shutdowns

Legal changes

Pandemics or natural disasters

Labour shortages or strikes


12. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the United Kingdom.


13. Amendments

We may update these Terms of Service with 14 days’ notice via email. Continued use of the service after any updates constitutes acceptance of the changes.


14. Bridge A Deal Service (Commercial Cleaning Matching)

Bridge A Deal is operated by Digital Max Hub Ltd. Through Bridge A Deal, we collect information submitted by users seeking cleaning services and forward those details to a suitable third-party cleaning provider for the purpose of arranging a quote.


We do not provide cleaning services directly.


We do not guarantee pricing, availability, or quality of work carried out by any provider.


By submitting your details through the quote request form, you consent to your information being shared with the selected commercial cleaning provider for this purpose only.
